Tooth plates (profile fillers)

Tooth plates (punched closure and sealing profiles) close the ribs of trapezoidal sheets at the eaves and ridge and protect the structure against external influences. We make them to measure for CB PROFIL trapezoidal sheets 20/190, 35/207, 40/160, 45/333, 50/260, 55/250, 60/235, 135/310, 150/280, 150/290 and 160/250.

What they are for

tightness against rain and driven snow
protection against birds, small animals and dirt
protection of seals against UV radiation and weathering
an aesthetic finish of the detail
partial pressure equalisation (perforated version)

Note: the profile is not a full-value sealing or ventilation element.

Parameters

Type F1 – eaves	installed on the underside of the sheet, closing the eaves edge, bend typically 90°
Type F2 – ridge	installed on the top side of the sheet at the ridge, bend typically 120° (90° for high profiles)
Design	flat or bent (L), standard leg 40 mm (adjustable)
Versions	solid – maximum tightness, no airflow; perforated – limited airflow, reduces condensation (does not replace ventilation of the structure)
Material	hot-dip galvanised steel sheet Z275, galvanised or pre-painted (polyester 25 µm), 0.75 mm – compatible with CB PROFIL sheets in material and appearance
Colours	RAL 1015, 3000, 3009, 5010, 6011, 7016, 7035, 8014, 9002, 9006, 9007, 9010 and wood decor

The product does not replace system seals or ventilation elements. Correct function depends on professional detail design. The manufacturer is not liable for errors caused by incorrect documentation or improper installation.
