Principles for working with your data

We are CB PROFIL a.s. We process some personal data for the purpose of providing quotations and operating our website.

The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR")


Processing of personal data when using the contact form

If you enquire about our products and services, we will work with the contact details you provide to us, mainly via the enquiry form. These are: first name, last name, email, telephone number, specification of the material requested.     

What is the reason?

We will contact you through them to further discuss the material option and send you a quotation.

On what legal basis?

This is processing on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - contract negotiation or pre-contractual measures at your request.

How long will we process the personal data?

Unless we establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 20 working days from our last communication.

Who will have access to the data?
Your data will only remain with us. We do not pass this data on to our potential suppliers.
We only process personal data within the European Union.


Use of cookies

Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data

The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and ask for information about what personal data we process about you, to request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or to request a restriction on processing, you can request a copy of the personal data we process, you can request that we delete your personal data in certain situations and you have the right to data portability in certain cases. You can object to processing on the basis of legitimate interest.

If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority or take your claims to court.
